Apple baru saja mengumumkan kenaikan harga untuk sebagian besar produknya, termasuk iPad dan Mac. Tidak hanya untuk unit baru, unit rekondisi yang dijual resmi oleh Apple juga mengalami kenaikan harga.

Di website toko online Certified Refurbished yang dikelola oleh Apple, produk yang terdampak mengalami rata-rata kenaikan sebesar USD 160-180 (Rp 2,8-3,2 juta). Namun, kenaikan harga Mac lebih gila-gilaan dibandingkan harga iPad.

MacRumors melaporkan harga MacBook Pro 14 inch dengan chip M4 Pro rekondisi naik dari USD 1.699 (Rp 30,3 juta) menjadi USD 1.779 (Rp 31,7 juta). Model yang sama dengan display Nano-texture harganya melonjak dari USD 1.829 (Rp 32,7 juta) menjadi USD 1.909 (Rp 34,1 juta).

Semakin premium model Mac-nya, semakin tinggi kenaikan harganya. MacBook Pro 14 inch rekondisi dengan chip M5 mengalami kenaikan harga dari USD 1.359 (Rp 24,46 juta) menjadi USD 1.439 (Rp 25,90 juta). Sementara itu, kenaikan harga iPad rekondisi lebih konsisten dibandingkan Mac, dengan rata-rata kenaikan sebesar USD 120-150 (sekitar Rp 2,16-2,70 juta). Model low-end seperti iPad generasi ke-10 edisi Wi-Fi 256GB mengalami kenaikan dari USD 339 (Rp 6,10 juta) menjadi USD 409 (Rp 7,36 juta).

Harga iPad mini 6 rekondisi naik dari USD 379 (Rp 6,82 juta) menjadi USD 459 (Rp 8,26 juta). Sejumlah model iPad Pro, varian iPad paling high-end, mengalami kenaikan harga yang lebih tinggi antara USD 230 dan USD 250 (sekitar Rp 4,14-4,50 juta).

Kenaikan harga ini sejalan dengan kebijakan harga untuk produk baru Apple akibat harga chip memori dan storage yang melonjak karena kebutuhan memori canggih untuk pembangunan pusat data AI.

Padahal, sebagian besar unit rekondisi Apple masih menggunakan komponen seperti memori, storage, dan logic board original yang seharusnya tidak terdampak kenaikan harga akibat krisis RAM.

Sepertinya kenaikan ini dilakukan agar harga iPad dan Mac rekondisi lebih selaras dengan versi barunya. Dengan kata lain, iPad dan Mac versi rekondisi harganya perlu naik agar nilai diskonnya sama seperti sebelumnya.
